THELMA HENRY President
Thelma Henry, President of Leon Henry Inc., is the co-founder of the company. She and Leon, her husband, started in 1956 with an idea: selling advertising on the outsides of supermarket and drugstore distributed bags. This eventually led to placing ads in the bags and other venues and an expansion into the emerging direct marketing industry. Her company of 25-plus professionals is considered the leader in its field.

Thelma is also the Controller of Leon Henry and is responsible for major purchases, payroll, accounts payable and related responsibilities.

She was born in Buffalo, New York and is a graduate of Wellesley College. Thelma is the mother of Lynn Henry James, Gail Henry Katz and Barbara Henry Voudy and the grandmother of eight.
