Teresa Cioffoletti has over 16 years of experience in the direct marketing industry. Teresa is a resilient and accomplished direct marketing professional with brokerage, management and owner/client side experience who conceptualizes and designs solutions to manage strategic and tactical issues resulting in profitable development of new and existing business.

Teresa began her career in 1994 on the brokerage side working for Fred Singer Direct Marketing as a Marketing Assistant and was promoted to Junior Account Executive and Account Executive.

Teresa originally joined LH Management in 1997 as a Direct Mail & Alternative Print Media Account Executive. In 2000, she was promoted to Senior Account Executive. Teresa worked for LH Management for over 6 years developing and implementing sales marketing strategies to maximize revenue for over 35 accounts.

Teresa then transitioned to the client side for 4 years at Pitney Bowes in 2004 as a Marketing Manager of Insert Media and List Rental generating multi-million dollar sales. In 2006, Teresa received the Pitney Bowes Above & Beyond Award. Teresa was promoted to Marketing Manager of Direct Response Acquisition Channels booking millions of opportunities and acquiring thousands of new customers.

Teresa most recently held a temporary position at Media Horizons Inc. as a Print Media Buyer in 2009.

Teresa’s selling technique has the program owners’ best interest at hand, but offers insight to broker and mailer needs making it more profitable for everyone involved. Teresa’s analytical nature and strive for excellence enable her to set her own sales goals which often exceed budget expectations maximizing the revenue of her managed accounts.

Prior to entering the direct mail industry, Teresa worked as an adjustor for The Bank of New York where she received an award for outstanding service.

Teresa earned a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from Iona College in 1993, where she received recognition from the National Criminal Justice Honor Society.
