Barbara Henry joined Leon Henry, Inc. in 1996 as an Account Executive in the brokerage division. Barbara has a variety of experience including over eighteen years as a list and insert broker. In July 1997 Barbara opened the Fort Lauderdale, Florida area office and was promoted to Executive Vice President. She has contributed to and authored articles for industry trade publications including Direct Magazine, Target Marketing Magazine and Catalog Success Magazine. Barbara is a member of the Direct Marketing Association, the DMA Insert Media Council, the Insert Media Council Segment Advisory Committee and the Florida Direct Marketing Association.

Barbara’s prior professional experience includes Director of Sales and Marketing at Atlantic List Marketing in Arlington, Virginia, Director of Marketing and Sales at North Carolina Direct Marketing in Durham, North Carolina and Store Manager for T.J. Maxx in Durham, North Carolina.

Barbara is a graduate of Syracuse University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance and Marketing and also holds a Master’s in Business Administration from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business.

Barbara is married to Frank Voudy, a Broward County Sheriff’s Deputy. They have three sons, Ron, 22 years old and Kevin, 17, Frankie, 13, and a daughter, Emily, 11. Barbara and her family are actively involved in a variety of sporting activities. Barbara also enjoys running most mornings.
